I often turn to frozen foods while my husband is away- they’re quick, single serving, and generally tasty (depending on what you get)
I was eating some taquitos and decided they needed to be kicked up a notch, so I employed my creative cooking skills. The resulting recipe is as follows:
2 Parts ranch dressing
1 part red sauce (pizza, pasta, or taco- it’s all about your preference here…)
1 Tbsp ground Cumin
2 dashes Cayenne pepper (ground red pepper)- again this can be more or less depending on your spice preference.
Stir, and dip away! This is one of my favorites, and my interpretation is based on the chipotle ranch that typically comes with the grilled chicken tortilla wrap from Apple Bee’s.
