This tip I got while watching the Rachel Ray Show. Since her recent publishing of her latest book, The Book of Burger, She did a show entirely dedicated to the king of all sandwiches: the Burger. I learned that to get a picture perfect burger patty every time, when you’re forming your patties, press the center of each patty flatter than the outside edges. Because burgers plump when you cook them, you’ll end up with a perfectly flat, gourmet looking burger every time.
